What size is it?
About 25.5 cm wide, 20.5 cm high and 9.5 cm deep, with a 13 cm handle and an adjustable crossbody strap.
How long does delivery take?
Each purse is handmade to order. Most arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, and we email tracking as soon as it ships.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview is a guide to layout and colour. Because every purse is made by hand from yarn, letters and icons can vary slightly in shape and position.
Can I use any characters in the name?
Names use English letters (A to Z). Spaces and hyphens are fine.
Can I return a personalised purse?
Because each purse is made with your child's name, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives faulty or made differently to your order, we will remake it at no cost.
What age is it suitable for?
We recommend it for children aged 3 and up, because the yarn letters and icons are small decorative parts.
