How long does delivery take?
Every blanket is embroidered to order. Most arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering, and we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I order for a baby who isn't born yet?
Yes. Many parents order before the birth as a gift for themselves or for a baby shower. Order once the name is settled, since we stitch exactly what you type.
Can I return a personalised blanket?
Because each blanket is made with your chosen name, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives faulty or we stitch it differently to your order, we will remake it at no cost.
What is the blanket made from?
A soft knitted pure cotton with a ribbed border, chosen because it breathes well and softens with every wash.
How do I wash it?
Gentle cold machine wash inside a laundry bag, then dry flat. Avoid bleach and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery.
Is it safe for sleep?
For safe sleep, follow Red Nose guidelines: babies under 12 months should sleep on their back with no loose bedding in the cot. Use your blanket for supervised cuddles, pram walks and tummy time.
