These terms apply when you buy from myhushling.com. Hushling is a trading name of Kiisha Limited, a New Zealand company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and personalisation
- You're responsible for checking the personalisation (spelling, colours and options) before you pay. We make items exactly as ordered.
- The live preview on our website is a guide. Items are handmade, so lettering, colours and placement can vary slightly from the preview.
- We may decline an order containing offensive or trademarked text and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include free tracked shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe.
Production and delivery
Items are made to order and usually arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping and returns for details.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Personalised items can't be returned for change of mind.
Product safety
Our backpack sets include small decorative parts and are recommended for children aged 3 and over. For safe sleep, follow Red Nose guidelines and keep loose bedding, including blankets, out of the cot for babies under 12 months.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid, except where the law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
