Made to order
Every Hushling piece is personalised and handmade after you order. Production usually takes 3 to 7 days before dispatch.
Delivery
- Free tracked shipping on every order to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering. International orders can take a little longer.
- We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Order by 20 November for delivery before Christmas in Australia and New Zealand, or by 13 November for the US, UK and Canada.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. If you order from outside Australia, your bank converts the price to your currency. Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country when the parcel arrives, especially in the United States and United Kingdom. These are not included in our price.
Check your personalisation
We make each item exactly as entered at checkout, so please check spelling carefully. Orders go into production straight away, so personalised orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed. If we make an item differently to your order, we'll remake it or refund you.
Change of mind
Because each item is made with a name you choose, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or incorrect items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or is made differently to your order, email hello@myhushling.com with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 5 weeks, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order if it's lost.
