Hushling is a trading name of Kiisha Limited, a New Zealand company ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you visit myhushling.com or buy from us. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the personalisation you choose, such as a child's name.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you found us, collected with cookies and similar tools.
- Messages you send us.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To understand and improve our website and advertising.
- To send marketing emails only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), our manufacturing partner (name, personalisation and delivery address to make and ship your order), delivery carriers, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. Some of these providers are located outside Australia and New Zealand, including in the United States and China. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies for the cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, although some features may be limited.
Keeping it safe
We keep order records for as long as needed for customer support and legal requirements, and protect them with access controls and encryption in transit.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email hello@myhushling.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Children
Our products are for children, but our website is for adults. We only collect a child's name when a parent or gift giver enters it for personalisation.
